Section 26 – Penalties for Delinquent Accounts

26.1     Except as otherwise stated in these by-laws, required monies must be paid within 30 days of the due date. Section 25 – Miscellaneous

25.1     Grounds fees and special rental charges of Club facilities or property shall be established and defined by no less than an affirmative vote of a majority of directors. Section 24 – Authorization for Normal Operating Expenses

24.1     These by-laws hereby authorize the BOD to commit funds from the general revenue for the purpose of normal operating expenses (excluding capital improvements and the research pertaining to capital improvements) of an amount not to exceed 2 1/2% of the past fiscal year’s gross income for each individual expenditure as it may be reasonable and prudent and in the best interest of the Club.

Section 23 – Specific Funds Specific

23.1     A legal fund shall be established for the employment of an attorney to represent the Club and its membership as a whole as necessary or required.
