25.1     Grounds fees and special rental charges of Club facilities or property shall be established and defined by no less than an affirmative vote of a majority of directors. 24.1     These by-laws hereby authorize the BOD to commit funds from the general revenue for the purpose of normal operating expenses (excluding capital improvements and the research pertaining to capital improvements) of an amount not to exceed 2 1/2% of the past fiscal year’s gross income for each individual expenditure as it may be reasonable and prudent and in the best interest of the Club.                          

23.1     A legal fund shall be established for the employment of an attorney to represent the Club and its membership as a whole as necessary or required. 20.1     Assessments for any purpose must be approved by a 2/3rds majority vote of the voting members present and voting at a special meeting.  Assessments for a special project(s). shall be kept in a separate fund by the Treasurer, and upon completion of said project and payment of all debts incurred by said project, special assessment shall cease.
