25.1 Grounds fees and special rental charges of Club facilities or property shall be established and defined by no less than an affirmative vote of a majority of directors. Failure to pay such monies immediately shall restrict the said member from exercising visitation rights until such monies are paid in full.
25.2 No solicitation of funds shall be permitted within the Club or at the Club site without prior written approval of and supervision by the BOD.
25.3 No less than (5) affirmative votes of the BOD can stay the payment of required monies upon written request of the affected member. Causes shall be limited to hardship or illness. The BOD may authorize the Treasurer to make such decisions.
25.4 A denial by the Treasurer to stay fees may be reversed by an affirmative vote of no less than (5) members of the BOD, which may be at a closed meeting. A request for such a meeting should be made to the President who is then obligated to call such a meeting.
25.5 If said monies are apportioned into installments, the member shall remain in good standing provided the payments are up to date as previously decided between the BOD and said member.
25.6 Stayed monies must be paid in full no later than one year after the original due date. If this is not done, the penalty shall be the same as that for delinquent accounts with the due date of the last payment no later than nine (9) months after the original due date.
