30.1 A special meeting of the membership may be called:
30.1A At the sole discretion of the President, but must be called;
30.1B Upon request of five (5) or more members of the BOD;
30.1C Upon written request of at least (l/4th) of the voting members. An individual wishing to have a special meeting for a specific purpose can induce said special meeting, if and only if, he can convince all of the person(s) in any of the sub-items of this item to call said special meeting.
30.2 In order to induce a special meeting, no less than 10 days prior to the date of said meeting all members shall be mailed or furnished with a written notice of the time, place and purpose of said special meeting. This notice may be in the minutes of the regular meeting so long as it is prominently displayed in said minutes and it satisfies all other requirements set forth in this item.
30.3 Such special meetings may be held on the same day as another meeting, but must be held as a separate meeting after all other meetings.
30.4 Minutes of said special meeting shall be mailed or furnished no later than those of the next regular meeting.
30.5 In the event that the President fails, refuses or is unable to call a special meeting when he must or when he refuses or is unable to send or have sent the proper notice of the meeting within thirty days of the appropriate request or circumstances, it shall be the responsibility of the Vice-President to properly call such a meeting. If a similar failure to properly call said meeting occurs, then it is the responsibility of the remaining members of the BOD to properly call such a meeting. If this is not done, then it is the responsibility of the life members to furnish the Club’s attorney proof of proper request or circumstances for said meeting and failure of the entire BOD to properly call the required meeting and it shall be the responsibility of the Club’s attorney to properly call such a meeting. The voting members present and voting shall elect a chairman pro-tern to conduct said meeting called by the attorney.
