52.1 Amendments to these by-laws shall be proposed by:
52.1A Five (5) of the BOD at a regular or special meeting; or
52.1B Petition signed by not less than 25% of the total number of voting members.
52.2 A notice, in the minutes of a regular meeting, must precede the meeting where such amendments will be formally proposed by at least 30 days and such notice shall be included on all regular minutes until said meeting. Such notice shall include (whichever is applicable):
52.2A Subject of proposed amendments;
52.2B Portion(s) of the by-laws to be affected; or
52.2C That the entire by-laws shall be subject to scrutiny and evaluation.
It shall not be necessary to have the exact wording of such proposed amendments in said notice. However, the exact wording of the properly proposed amendments shall be furnished or mailed to all voting members no later than that of the ballots for said amendment vote.
52.3 These by-laws shall be amended provided the requirements set forth in this section are followed and that at least 15 days after the formal proposal, at least 2/3rds of the ballots cast during a ballot vote of the voting membership, vote to accept such amendments.
